Employ 210 grad Zane Ferguson moving up at Chick-fil-A

Please join us in congratulating Employ 210 graduate trainee Zane Ferguson on successfully completing the blueprint we developed for Chick-fil-A in New Braunfels! Currently employed as a Chick-fil-A lobby attendant, Zane learned a variety of food expediting tasks, including customer service, prepping to-go orders and drive-thru procedures.

“Zane exceeded expectations during his Chick-fil-A training,” Employ 210 Project Manager Sierra Stegemann confirmed. “He was a quick learner who picked up new skills right away, and he consistently accepted feedback with a positive attitude — immediately applying it the next time we would run a trial.”

“My training was absolutely amazing, and I really enjoyed every part of it,” Zane said. “From the very beginning, I felt engaged, motivated and excited to learn. The way everything was organized made it easy to follow along and really take in all the information. I walked away not only with new knowledge, but also with practical skills that I know will be useful moving forward. … I feel more confident, prepared, and motivated than ever, and I can’t wait to apply everything I’ve learned.”
