The ultimate goal of Employ 210 is to address the employment gap of individuals with disabilities by aligning employee skills with employer needs before job placement.
Our team will used evidence-based adult learning practices to explicitly teach the skills needed in the employment opportunity. AI technologies will also help provide individualized advanced training stimulations and feedback.
