ChoosingEmploy 210 allows individuals to choose from a fixed array of available jobs. Our team will partner with local San Antonio businesses and national companies to establish a diverse set of employment opportunities to fit everyone's interest and skill.

PlanningOur team will shadow the best employees of our industry partners to establish the expectations of the position. This information will be used to create a job blueprint that will outline all the skills needed to excel in the employment opportunity.

TeachingOur team will used evidence-based adult learning practices to explicitly teach the skills needed in the employment opportunity. AI technologies will also help provide individualized advanced training stimulations and feedback.
