​This training introduces participants to event guest services roles with Allied Universal at the Alamodome. Participants will learn the basics of crowd management and event safety while exploring what it is like to work at large events such as games, concerts, and community gatherings. The training focuses on guest services positions, where staff provide a friendly welcome, answer questions, verify tickets, assist guests in locating their seats, and support individuals with ADA needs throughout the venue.

Employ 210 Training: Catering Staff  

Employ 210 is offering FREE job training to prepare participants for employment with RK Catering.This training is designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals who are interested in building skills and gaining employment in the food and service industry.
Interested participants should have:

• Prior experience in food service or customer service reflected on résumé preferred 
• ​Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand work environment 
• Capacity to independently manage and schedule work shifts 
• ​Ability to lift and carry heavy items and be comfortable being on their feet for long hours during shifts
