This will be organized by Employ 210 in collaboration with Morgan's MAC Workforce Inclusion Network (WIN). This event will be designed to provide neurodiverse individuals with the opportunity to explore various job roles and work environments in a supportive and inclusive setting. Through job rotations, networking opportunities, and direct engagement with employers, participants will gain valuable workplace skills, confidence, and insights into potential careers. Employers will benefit by discovering diverse talents, fostering an inclusive work culture, and strengthening community ties.
